As indicated on the page “participation fee”, we have chosen to increase participation fee by EUR 50 per boat, corresponding to an additional insurance fee. If we had not taken this additional fee, the “own risk” for each boat would have amounted to EUR 2,000. We preferred to prevent any team from taking such a risk.
